Upromise - E-coupon program

Upromise has a new e-coupon program. It's similar to Shortcuts or other e-coupons, but instead of coming off your purchase, it deposits the money in your Upromise account. When I went to my Upromise homepage there was a banner to click which led to the e-coupon program site.

So I went to Upromise and looked at this - and I am a little confused. The coupons are linked right to my cards right? So if I buy the domino sugar I will get the .50 put into my upromise account - but I can still use a regular paper coupon when I buy it? So if it is $1.99 and I have a .35 cent off one coupon that doubles I will buy it for $1.29 and get an additional .50 in my upromise account? If that is the case that is awesome!

Yep, I'm pretty sure that's the case. At least with the other type of e-coupons (shortcuts) you can still use a paper coupon as well. If you have the Upromise credit card you'd also get 20 cents from that as well on your sugar, plus the 3% or whatever Domino usually gives :)

Yeah, i was wondering how this think works because I will actually be buying a lot of the items that they have on the list this month - crazy as it seems. I guess I'll see if it works. I've been signed up for this for a really long time, and I rarely use it. But I had no kids then... so it was easier to slack off.

Well the $5 will be a nice bonus then on top of the usual Enfamil contribution. Do you use the Upromise card as well - that would give you a bonus 10% on the Enfamil.
