Best way to do "have" list?

I get 7-8 copies of each weekly insert. It seems so tedious to go through and add each coupon individually? Is this the only way to do this? Or is there an easier way?!

I would copy and paste a list from a coupon preview sight. Then adjust it to amounts you have. And delete/add things you got that were not on the list.
