Help With My have list in the Coupon Data Base

I have a red plum magazine and I want to enter all the coupons from there into my have live list on the coupon data base. I have been entering them one by one. I want to know is there a faster more efficient way to add all these coupons.

I am a trader in training and am trying to get all my coupons in so I can start making some trades!!

Do you mean you want to enter the coupon in the database that isn't already listed? Or adding whats in the database to your HL? B/C if you want to add them to your HL from an entry, unfortunately, you need to add each one, one-by-one. Just make sure what you have in your insert matches to whats already listed.
If you have a coupon that hasn't been entered, you can add it, just make sure you are adding it as Insert for the source and the date/issue (it has to be entered 06-12-11 RP for example).

Thank you Melissa! I wanted to know if I can add a group of coupons all at once. It would be a good option, if you could select a coupon source. Then it would automatically add all the coupons from that source. That would save a tremendous amount of time other than entering them all individually!

Oh I wish too! It takes me at least 30-45 mins to get my inserts added.
