I would think 48 hrs would be enough.

If I see they haven't been online since the initial trade PM, then I'll wait two days. But if they have been online and still haven't written back, I'll give it only 24 hours.
48 hrs unless I say otherwise. If they're hot qs or I had multiple PMs, I specifically say "if I don't hear back from you within 24hrs, I will move on because I have other offers"
I feel 24 hours, you snooze you lose. But that's just me.
