trouble making a wish list

i tried to make my first wish list. i I i shouldn't be that hard....i select the wish list option by the coupon i want and nothing happens. am i doing something wrong or is there a problem with the wish list?

When you pick Wish list do you get a little pop up box?

when i hit the pick button i can choose "have" "wish" ect. but no other choice come up.
