Coupon Trade Tracking Form for Word Users (Legal Sized)

Hi all! I am a bit old school. With respect to coupon trades, I like to print out a form and write on it. I made a Word form for this purpose and I thought I would share it just in case anyone else can benefit from it. It is legal sized.

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this!! I was looking for something easy to keep up with trades and this helps so much!! I was having a problem trying to figure out how to use my message box to keep up with them and this is so much easier. I put this in my file cabinet under HotCouponWorld Trader transactions. For me it's easier to have something in my hand I can look at. Super simple!!!
