If you can use it, its not junk LOL. the junk coupons you hear about are more about what you are passing on to others in potlucks, or train envies OR we dont want to see you waste a ton of time updating a post trying to get someone to trade for your bunion cream or something LOL.

but i like to distribute that in 2 categoies

# 1 coupons like:

depends
poise
joint juice
vitamins
pillsbury cookie dough kinda coupons
hearing aid accessories
$100 on swimming pool or bath tub
coupons like $0.35c on 6 products

i will like to point though that if you see any of these products on the traders wishlist it might not be a junk coupon for them you can go ahead and send it to them.

2nd category
pet coupons
baby diaper coupons
wine only rebate or beer purchase required rebates

now things like these can be super hot and on top of some ones wishlist but if some 1 has no pets or babies or doesnt drink wine its basically junk for them they will either toss them or send in envelopes to other poeple and basically it will keep floating around unless it finds a good home where they can be used or once they expire.



+ last but not the least if you have a coupon and doesnt match any of these catogories think about it is it a coupon you will like to get in a potluck if the answer is yes go ahead and add it otherwise not.
