QUESTION If you do a coupon train, do you also trade?

How do you keep your coupons seperate or how do you decide which to send on and which to keep for trading?

I do a coupon train (not on here) with a few girlfriends so I've got a lot of coupons to trade by the middle of the month and then I have none at the end of the month b/c I pack them all up and send them on. How do you logistically do both?

I usually do the coupon train .I have however did the regular trade .
I have small holders for the ones I may use and shoe box for the ones I won't use .
When I do a train I look through my own stash first and decide if the item they are wanting if I will use before it expires if I don't think I will I send it on to them .Thats how I do it

    Great question!

As for me, I have a binder for the q's that I know I will use. Sometimes I clip a few q's for things that I might like to try as well. The rest of them stay unclipped and are fair game. Coupons that I receive in trades or on trains that I would like to pass along go into a plastic bin in alphabetical order and also, are fair game. I always seem to have enough to go around since many trains are pot luck, so I get a handful of things that I would really like to have and then the rest are free to be passed to someone who can use them.
