i trade all the time on another site. Here's what I do:

When someone contacts me about a trade, I pull out the coupons they are interested in and put a post-it-note with their screen name and a date.
if too long goes by, i put the coupons away and throw out the post-it-note
when a deal is going to go down, I write the address on the post-it-note with the screen name.
Before I mail out the coupons, I remove them from my have.
I've done lots of trades like this w/no problems

I can seem to get trading going yet. I have some coupons but not alot. I hope one day I will be able to get organized to get to trading.

I made this "trade sheet" for my trades. It is VERY helpful. feel free to use it!!

I print out 10 at a time, and when I'm running low, I just print some more! it really helps me to have all of that information at hand so that way I don't forget anything-- especially to leave Trader Feedback. and I even like to write down what I left as trader feedback so that way I will know for future trades.

I also keep all of these sheets in alphabetical order by their screen name!
