I'm definately new to this coupond world, lol. But I have alot of BTFE saved up with no place to go. I'm most interested in baby coupons and formula checks, but read that members that use the site primarily for checks will be removed. Can anyone clarify so I don't get myself in trouble?

It's ok to ask for checks for personal use. They just don't want you snatching up all the check to sell on "that auction site" and things like that.
