Hey what do you do when you are a new trader and you have made trades with people and asked them to leave you feedback cause you did leave them feedback and they dont?

There is no official protocol for leaving feedback. It is the nice thing to to do however not required. However I would suggest that you give the other person a few days to make sure that they received your end. And then send them a polite message asking them if they received your end and if so if they would please leave you feedback (including a link to your feedback page might help) because you are a Trader In Training and are trying to get your feedback score up.

It can be discouraging in the beginning waiting for feedback which doesn't come. It takes time but you'll make it. Maybe there is a problem and no feedback is their way of being nice. PM me.

Here's my protocol. Typically 10 days after I mail without receiving feedback, I PM the other trader just asking if they got my end and making sure it didn't get lost and if they did, could they please leave feedback so I can mark this trade as complete. If I get no feedback or PM after that, I move on. I know it's hard when you're new because you want that feedback, but you also don't want to annoy the other trader and hurt a potentially good trading relationship.

Also double check that you've left feedback for the other person before asking for it. You don't want the other person to think "well she didn't leave feedback for me, so why should I leave feedback for her?".

Always make sure you put your user name on the envie so that its easy to see..If I have lots of trades going on and get a enive with no user name then that person it most like not to get a feedback left by me.

I can say, I am running about 2 weeks behind on leaving feedbacks. Some of us arent on top of it like others are, so give them a little time and then send them a little pm. Doesnt hurt to do so.

Yes, it's very important to include your user name it you want feedback.
