I don't know for sure, guess it depends on who you are trading with.
A 12-pk code is only worth 10 points
A 2-liter code is only worth 3 points -- so it may not be much value if trading only a small few.

I go off the value of what you can get with the codes. 30 points is a free 20oz. So I would trade $10 in coupons since I can buy a Coke for a buck. Not sure what the "guidelines" are.
