Hi Guerfa! 
You should problably start at the Trading FAQ Page and click the first question in the thread "I would like to trade what is the first step?" to find out how to become a Trader in Training (TNT).
I don't believe you can post in the trading forums until your a TNT. Then you will get further access to forums like Auctions once you graduate!

Once you get approved as a TNT, then you can post in the trade forums. The TNT coaches are also super awesome in helping out and answering questions!
