What is a Dutch auction?

Google says it's an auction where the bid is set high and then lowered until a buyer is found. I don't think that's how they do it on here though.

I think here.. it's an auction where there's more than one thing or set of things available.. so there could possibly be more than one winner..

From what I get, you can have multiple items up for auction (with or without a buy it now option). Bidders can choose from 1 to up to as many items are available to bid on. Once the stuff is gone, the auction is over.
