I'd like to take a minute and discuss our Bad Trader Mediation. You can read our rules and guidelines on it here.

With almost 70,000 Hotcouponworld.com members, many of whom are new traders, I can't stress enough how important it can be to follow our bad trader guidelines and fill out our report if you have not recieved your end of the trade within 14 days. While in most cases the reports will not lead to anything more than a sucessful trade, it is very important that the staff be made aware in the rare instance that a bad trader may be in our midst, so that we may deal with the situation accordingly.

Filling out the Bad Trader report does not necessarily mean that the member in question is one, nor do we aim to treat them that way. We strive to mediate between the two parties and our goal is to help create a sucessful trade in which both parties are happy.
