Quick question on trades involving paypal,

while I understand if seller would wait to leave FB till buyer receives their end, shouldn't sellers leave one once buyer informs them and leave FB for the sale?

Are there reasons why sellers won't leave FB for a paypal trade when they got their end instantly and buyers has left them feedback? Can the buyer who left feedback withdraw their feedback comment if seller continues to ignore requests?

we hope that all members leave feedback for every single trade. However, some, for whatever reason, just do not leave it :(

We cant make them leave it, but certainly encourage them to do so.

In some cases, I know life gets busy & feedback is forgotten, but members can always feel free to send 1 pm to say hey, I would really appreciate feedback.

JMB, I know its not the case with yours, but sometimes if theres an issue, a member opts to leave no feedback at all b/c they dont feel it deserves positlve but isnt quite a neutral. In cases like that I recommend that a positive "with details" is left.

Such as. Thanks for the great coupons even if they were mailed late.

Or, thanks for a friendly & fast trade but I had to pay for postage when it arrived.

Thanks for the trade, unfortunately most were expired and I didnt know that needed to be clarified in potluck trading.

all that said, history tells me that some traders wait for the other party to leave them feedback as a "reminder" that they traded due to a lack of a tracking system on their own part.

I suggest a system. For me, I keep the last pm between the other trader and myself in my inbox until the envie arrives. Once it does, I have the pm handy so I can open it, click the feedback link, leave it, then delete the PM. It is a good reminder. If its for a train, I keep the train rider address list in my inbox until I receive and leave FB for the other party.

but if trader asked for pp gift, they already got their end, right? There are some who leave FB immediately soon as they receive payment and I appreciate them because I am confident they will NOT forget to send my end.

On the other hand, I understand those who prefer to wait till buyer receives their end and leave FB before they do, but what if buyer has left positive FB and request seller to leave FB (seeing trader logs in) but still no FB? I understand life happens and some can't leave FB while using their phone BUT can't a courtesy PM to buyer saying soon as they can get to a desktop, they will leave FB be left? Do buyers also have option to edit feedback saying,

I paid immediately but seller refuses to leave feedback. Will that work to alert others that some sellers do not leave feedback inspite of repeated requests?

Note that I'm referrring only to trades involving paypal, not coupon for coupon trade where one party does not get their end immediately.

Unfortunately we can't edit feedback and I have had a lot of people refuse to leave it for me.
