This is Round #2 of the Cheers Train, so named as to mimic the TV show, with the goal of getting to know each other, helping each other with our coupon needs, and having fun.

We have four riders from the last round and one new rider. This is a round-robin train with (no later than) Thursday mailings beginning February 14, 2008. You will mail and receive one envie per week.

Here are the rules:

1. Start the train with a minimum of 30 NON-insert coupons (anything from anywhere except the Sunday paper—MIRs are fine if they are acceptable in the state to where you are mailing—no junk, please). You may send insert coupons in addition to the 30 non-insert coupons and this is highly desirable, especially if it is on the next person’s wishlist. No store specific coupons unless the next person on the train can shop there or requests them. Please—consider what you would like to receive when sending your envies.
2. Post when you receive an envie (this can be done with #6).
3. Take out what you need/want and refill the envie to a minimum of 30 non-insert coupons plus any extra coupons (see #1).
4. All coupons must expire 28 days or later of your mailing date (so when we mail on 2/14, all coupons must expire 3/13 or later) unless you are meeting a specific wishlist need. This rule only applies to the 30 non-insert coupons—all “extras” you want to include, non-insert or inserts, can expire before the 28 day rule.
5. No duplicates unless it is on someone’s wishlist.
6. Baby and pet coupons are fine if it is on the next person’s wishlist.
7. IPs are fine if the next person can use them.
8. Write “Cheers” train on your envelope.
9. Post on this thread that you have mailed out the envie (this can be done with #2).
10. Leave feedback for the person from whom you received the envie.
11. Contact me with any problems or concerns.

Five weeks. That brings us up to 1 1/2 weeks before Easter. A good time to take a break! I hope that is okay and I am sorry if it was unclear.
