ISO Light Bulb Rebates (found at Home Depot)

I've had absolutely no luck in finding any of the manufacturer rebate forms for light bulbs. Since I've not seen one, I may need additional information also.

• QTY. 11 The Home Depot: Ge Soft White Double Life 4-Pack $1.92 Free After Rebate, Can Submit Up To 3 Of Them $5.76 1 8/31/06
