Now Boarding for an up to 6+ week Quadruple Round Robin!!
"SEASONS"!! 
This will run for up to 6+ weeks and I am taking as many as needed passengers with me for the fun filled ride!! This train is a little complicated so please ask any questions and make sure you understand how the trains will run!!
I will be accepting riders with a itrader feedback of at least 10 for this ride with NO negatives/neutrals!!
Please make sure to read ALL info and requirements before joining.
You can only ride up to 5 trains at a time at HCW. If you are already on 5, you can catch the next one!
After reading this WHOLE thread, post below to ride and then PM me with your full name and addy!! 
How it works:
This train will run for up to 6 weeks.
The initial mail out day is Februaury 13th. Mailing early is fine too.
You will mail out up to 4 assigned riders each week for up to 6+ weeks and up to 4 assigned person will mail to you. I say up to 4 because you do not have to ride all 4 trains, you can ride one, two, three or 4...up to you!! I say up to 6 weeks but it could be shorter or longer due to mail times!! Once you receive an envie try to mail it back out to your assigned person for each round robin train with in 48 hours to keep the trains moving. I will assign the rider(s) you will mail to for the duration of the ride once every one is signed up. I will also send a PM with all the addies.
So there will be 4 round robins going at once..one for winter, spring, summer, and fall. You can ride one, two, three or all four, please let me know when you post to ride if you would like to ride winter, summer, spring, or fall and or any combination of all of them (you will get a different assigned rider for each). Please also post the thing you like about the season(s) you would like to start you would like to start!!
For example...I would like to ride on summer (beach) and spring (planting).
So you would be on the summer and spring round robin trains and you would start the beach envie for summer and the planting envie for spring!!
Or I would like to ride on Winter (Christmas).
So you would be on the winter round robin and start the Christmas envie!!
Each rider will post the activity/event you like about your season she/he would like to start and that activity/event will be written on the outside of the original envie you mail out along with "SEASONS". As you receive each envie you will put on the activity you receive on the envie with the train name and mail to your assigned person for that round robin. Please watch your envies if you are riding more than one season!!
When you get your envies, you take out what you can use, anything that will be out of the expiration guidelines by the time it arrives to the next rider, add in more coupons to get it back up to the set number and mail that season's activity/event to the rider you are assigned to mail to. We will repeat this for up to 6 weeks. By the end of the ride you will have gotten back your season(s) activity/event envie that has been visited by all the riders on the train:)
Each envie must have a minimum of 25 coupons following the guidelines below. Each of those coupons must have an expiration date of at least 2 weeks from the mail date. So if the envie is for the first mail date of February 13th no coupons part of the 25 coupon minimum will expire before February 27th. If you want to include extras with shorter dates that is fine as long as it is over the 25.
To Join:
You must be able to start 1 or up to 4 envies and pass along 5 or up to 20 more for up to 6 week duration. For a total of 6 or up to 24 envies (depending on the amount of seasons you ride)!!

You must post when you mail and when you receive.
You need a wish list posted to ride. If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list. If there's something you don't need multi's of, note it.
This train is potluck which means you may not get 25 coupons from your WL in each envie. Although please try to match wish lists.
No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.
Limit of 2 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have and exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!! again, more than 2 of something is OK if its "extra"
print ables are great to send if the member can use them.
store specific coupons are only OK if they are on the WL.
BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes are all great to include if they are wish list items.
Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include. Watch state restrictions.
Please leave feedback for all riders once the ride is completed!!
If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to re mail at the 2 week point. joining this train is your agreement to this rule. If your final envie is not posted as received at the 2 week point it will be marked as received to wrap up the train ride!!
If for any reason you mail out late, it happens, life gets in the way. But post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.

Re: "SEASONS" Train routes up!! Initial mail out is by 2/13. Please post as you mail out!! Whew!!! I thought it was going to be confusing enough to have four different seasons and several riders to keep track of on one train!
Now we have two trains each with four seasons.
I may need a straight jacket by the end of this one!
