I want to know what the best event was for you in 2011. Someone was born, got married, won the lotto, etc? Not so much what you thought was the best event globally speaking, but something from your life in 2011 that touched you in some way that you will remember positively in years to come.

The best thing that has happen to me is moving out my now ex-boyfriend's crazy self centered parents house and breaking up with the ex all in one. I am living with my mom and brother and my little girl here but it is cool because I realize that it is a blessing I am out of there, and moving on with my life!

Top event: the births of my last two grandchildren this summer - Vivian on June 14th and Wyatt on July 29th! Such happiness!

I am SO excited, we have finally been able to get our financial house in order! It makes things so much nicer to not have to worry so much about how we're going to pay this and that. We still have to watch our money but not quite as much!

My daughter my miricle baby was born a month early in May 2011. On the way to the hospital I took a photograph that will always stay with me and the blessing I recieved with her birth.

It would have to be the birth of my newest granddaughter, Emery in October. She brings a little bit of sunshine into everyone's life!

Although...a close second would be when my husband got his new job in September, and I was able to quit work!!

The BEST event that happened to us in 2011 was the birth of our son Nicholas...I have 3 children from a previous relationship DS 16, DD12 & DD 9 and our new son is now 10mo. After five years of being together and having two miscarriages, the doctors told us (me 36 & DH 42) I wouldn't be able to carry, so I was scheduled to have my tubes tied. But then Nicholas came & never left. On Feb.25th he came in to this world with a vengeance (25min from 2cm-10cm) and there was our beautiful baby boy and Daddy's 1st child.
