I have a birthday (December 26) that everyone seems to forget with the crazy holiday season going on and I try to do something special each year for myself. Since this is my first birthday since I joined HCW and I love coupons, I figured I would do an easy train.
WHO CAN RIDE:
Anyone with an itrader rating of at least 5 and is a member of the trader group (with no neutral or negative comments) with lots of quality coupons to share.
HOW IT WORKS
I will be taking 19 other riders to ride with me, which will make a total of 20 riders. Everyone will mail 1 envie and receive 1 envie. I will take sign ups through Tuesday, December 13 or until we reach the 20 total riders, whichever comes first. As soon as sign ups are over and the moderators ok the riders I will do the matchups. We will mail by Monday, December 19. Early mailouts are fine.
All envies should have exactly 31 coupons in them.(I know a little specific, but I wanted to make it a little different and I will be 31 this year, so I chose 31) Remember you may not get an envie full of wishlist coupons since this is potluck. Each coupon must have an expiration date of at least 2 weeks from the day you send the envie. (Example-If you mail on December 19, the coupons should not expire before January 2).
TRAIN RULES:(By signing up for this train you are agreeing to the following rules)
*You may only ride 5 trains at a time on HCW, so if you are already on 5,try to catch the next train.
*You must post when you send and receive. If you cannot do this for one reason or another please don't sign up.
*This is a potluck train so you may not get all wishlist coupons. But please try to utilize their wishlist as much as possible.
*All forum rules apply on the train, so please follow them.
*Feedback is not required, but it is always nice.
GUIDELINES FOR ENVIES:
*No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wishlist match.
*Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have and exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!!
*Printables are great to send if they are part of that wish list.
*Store specific coupons are only okay if they are on the wishlist.
*BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes, or any other type of codes are all great to include if they are wish list items. (Even if you send more than 1, it still only counts as 1)
*Rebates are great to include. But watch for the state restrictions. As long as they are on the riders wishlist.

If the envie that you have mailed out has not been received by the 2 week mark from when you sent it, it will have to be resent. If you have not informed me by the 2 week mark that the envie has not been received, I will assume you have received it and will mark it as such.
