"Delightful December Train”

Who can ride?

Anyone with an itrader rating of atleast 10 (with NO negatives or neutrals) and plenty of QUALITY coupons to share are welcome!

You can only ride up to 5 trains at a time at HCW. If you are already on 5, you can catch the next one!

After reading this WHOLE thread, post below to ride and then PM me with your full name, addy, and wish list link!!

How it works:

You will mail 1envelope to everyone on the train and receive 1 envelope from everyone on the train before January. It’s that simple!!!

I will accept sign ups through November 30th (Wednesday). I will send out the addy list and match ups, then you will have until Saturday, the 31st of December to mail out 1 envelope to every other rider on this train. I will take up to 25 riders so you will have to mail at the most 25 envies in the month of December. It really is that simple!!

As those that have ridden on previous month rides, it is always best to get your envelopes out early in the month! You never know what tomorrow holds …..

This train will run for 5 weeks.

When you mail out, please write, ‘Delightful December train on HCW from: (your HCW ID)’ on the back on your envelope, so everyone knows which train, which web site, which user; thanks.

Each envie must have a minimum of 25 coupons following the guidelines below as well as be sent in a card for the month of December. Each of those coupons must have an expiration date of at least 2 weeks from the post mark on the envelope.

To Join:

PM your addy and I will accept riders for this train (up to 25) through November 30th (Wednesday).

You must be able to mail 1 envelope to each other rider with at least 25 coupons in it in a card. Please do your very best to send as many wish list matches as possible; the rest will be pot luck, but still meet the coupon guidelines.

You must post when you mail and receive your envelopes.

You need a wish list posted to ride. The bigger the wish list, the better the envelope will be from the other riders.


I hate to HAVE TO mention this, but not following the rules means you are in danger of getting a bad trader report…

Coupon Guidelines:

This train is potluck which means you may not get 25 coupons from your WL in each envie. Although please try to match as many from the wish lists as possible.

No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.

Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have and exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!! again, more than 1 of something is OK if its "extra"

printables are great to send IFthey are part of that riders’ wish list.

store specific coupons are only OK if they are on the WL.

BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes are all great to include IFthey are wish list items.

Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include IFthey are over the required 25 coupons. Watch state restrictions.

ALL envelopes need to be received BEFORE Saturday the 7th of January.

If an envelope hasn’t been received AND is declared missing within 2 weeks of when you posted that you sent it, you will have to resend it. If any envelope hasn’t been declared missing, it is assumed to be received and will be marked accordingly. REMEMBER TO POST WHEN YOU SEND AND RECEIVE. J
