I also have this gift certificate for the Outback Steakhouse that we got for a bad experience there. Its worth $45.00!!! Its also good at ANY Outback Steakhouse in the US. There are no names on it - and on the back it says "poor experience" and "our sincere apologies" and has the manager's siggy on there. Official certificate. I think this was a neat find, so I am only willing to trade this one for really good stuff ;)
