is the maximum amount of shipping 10.95 for a priority flat rate medium box, with DC included?

Yes, that would probably be the MOST that shipping would be, I could try to ship parcel post to see if it is cheaper, but will depend on zip code, for parcel post from my zip code to my moms (VA to OH) it came out to about $6.50 with DC.
