I try to live by the thought that "Bad days give us perspective." In other words, we wouldn't know we were having a good day, if we never had a bad one!

This has helped my greatly in my life. Whenever things aren't going right, I remind myself that it's just a bump in the road...and soon it will be in the rearview mirror!
