I always like to look at Michael's for stocking stuffers. They usually have a special section just for that, but they also have dollar bins that are year round I think and the items go on sale alot or you can use their coupons on them. Usually I can get the $1 items for $0.60 most of the time. HTH!

I've been seeing those variety shaped stretchy bracelets on clearance at Walgreens if you shop there. I'm sorry, I have no idea what they are called. Each package is a different type, like shapes of animals or people. My nephews like them. I think I saw them clearanced for around $0.50.
Oh, and not sure the teen likes magazines, but Recyclebank has magazine subscriptions, including Seventeen for I think 130? points. Even if you don't have an account, you can sign up and there's activities you can do to earn points. I think enough to get a subscription.
