Have Receipts? Expired Heineken Water NBPR in Spanish

While organizing last night, I found four remaining Heineken water forms in Spanish. Each is good for $5 on a $5.01 water purchase. They expired 9/6/11, but don’t have to be postmarked until September 30 – so if you have the water receipts they will still work. NBPR in AL, AR, CT, HI, IN, KY, ME, MO, NC, NJ, NY, UT, WV.
Since time is of the essence, I'd like to get them off today or tomorrow at the latest, so will cut this off at 9 p.m. EST if they aren't gone by then.
I’ll send one to each of the first four to post an interest here below. I’ll also include some additional soon to expire non-inserts. I’ll check back shortly, and if there has been any response, I’ll pm. If I get an addie quickly enough, I can have them off today. Hope someone can get some use from them!
