The Coffee Addict Round Robin!

(Some of you may remember this one... I've run it once before).

I am seriously NOT a morning person.

I need my coffee to get started.

( <----- This is me before two cups.)

So this is a round robin train themed after my favorite beverage of all time: COFFEE!

Summary:

I will be taking NINE riders with me on this ride.

It will run for up to seven weeks (could be shorter, though.... here's hoping!)

The starting mail day will be FRIDAY, SEPT. 16 (Note: this has CHANGED!) After that, how fast the train moves will be up to the riders!

Please read ALL the information below before signing up!

Once you have read and understand all the info below, please post that you would like a ticket and also send me a PM with the following:

*Your full name
*Your address
*A link to your wish list

The Ride:

A round robin train is one in which there are several envies, each with a different name, circulating among the riders. Each envie in this case will have a coffee-themed name.

When an envie arrives at your house, you take out the coupons you want, plus any expiring, add new ones in and then send it on to the next rider.

In this type of train you are ALWAYS sending to the same person. So you will receive 10 envies and always send those envies to the same rider.

Each envie on the train will visit each rider on the train.

The ride is over when each rider has received their original envie back.

***In order to ride this train you must have a positive feedback rating of 30+ with NO negatives!***

When you take a ticket, you are agreeing to:

*…mail the envies as described above and mail each envie within 48 hours of receiving it.

*…write your user name, the name of your envie on the outside of each envie you send.

*…post promptly in this thread when you send and when you receive envies.

*… remail your envie if it has not been received at the two week point. Joining this train means you agree to this rule. Please remember, that when you sign up to join a train, not only are you agreeing to the specific guidelines of that train but the train rules as posted HERE in general.

***Failing to follow the rules of the trains or not sending an envelope falls under a bad trade. You can be reported for this and be listed as a bad trader.

***Report a missing envie within two weeks of the date it was posted as mailed. After two weeks from the mailing date, any envies that are not reported as received in the train thread will be ASSUMED to have been received unless they are reported as missing. Again, signing up for this train means you agree to this rule.

Additional fine print:

*These envies are potlucks, so hopefully you find at least a few in each one you receive.

*When mailing: No baby, no pet, no meds, no booze and no oddball products that very few members use unless you have an exact wishlist match. In other words, no junk!

*Limit of one copy of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wishlist. An EXACT match is exactly that… if I say on my wishlist 75/1 Superpretzels, 50/2 is NOT an exact match. If you have and exact wishlist match, then duplicates are encouraged!

*You can always send more than 25. If you want to include more than one of a certain coupon, or some with a short expiration date, that is OK, but it has to be above the 25 coupon minimum. And if you do send extras, watch your postage!

*Printables, store-specific coupons, BTFE, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes, etc., are great to send if the member can use them.

*Rebates and TMF forms are GREAT to include (just be sure they can be used in the state the receiver is in!).

*If for any reason you mail out late (life happens), post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.

*Please leave feedback for fellow riders who send to you!

*Please also note that this is a potluck train! That means that while it is nice to try to match the wish lists of your assigned recipients, do not feel that every coupon has to come from their wish list. Just do the best you can. As long as you adhere to the other rules about expiration dates, minimum number of coupons and mailing on the mailing dates, you should be fine.

*You can always PM the member directly if you have questions about what they can or cannot use.

*And finally, if you have questions about the progress of this train or whether a trader sent you an envie that does not meet the requirements for this train, you can always post your question in the train thread or contact me via PM.

Train tracker!

OK, as you can see, below are the 10 envies and their mailing path for the entire duration of the train. As each envie progresses along its path, I will mark the names purple when mailed and gray when received. When all of the text under an envie is gray, it has finished its route (and returned home to the person who originally sent it).

Each of you is responsible for starting one envie on its path on FRIDAY! PLEASE BE SURE to put the name of your cup of coffee on the outside of your envie so there's no confusion!!
