In honor of our 57th day of triple-digit heat here in Texas, I've decided to conduct my first train ride.
This will be a one time mail out.
Newbies with a itrader of at least 5 with plenty of QUALITY coupons to share are welcome! please read all requirements. I know the list is long, but it's to help ensure you know what is expected so all passengers have a great ride!!
Please make sure to read ALL info and requirements before joining.
You can only ride up to 5 trains at a time at HCW. If you are already on 5, you can catch the next one!
Here's How It Works:
You will mail out 1 envie to a different rider and 1 rider will mail to you. I will be taking riders until Monday August 29th and will post match-ups soon after. If the train fills up sooner then Monday, match-ups will be posted sooner. Mail out date will be September 1st. Early mail outs are fine once match-ups are up.
There will be a minimum of 30 coupons in your envie.
Extra coupons are fine, just watch your postage. Each of your coupons must have an expiration date of at least 2 weeks from the mail date. For example if you mail out September 1st, no coupons part of the 30 coupon minimum will expire before September 15th.
You must post when you mail out and when you recieve your train envie.
This train is potluck so you may not receive 30 coupons from your wishlist BUT riders are expected to match up as many coupons as possible to their wishlist and then add potluck.
When you recieve you envie, feedback is appreciated.
No baby, pet, meds, or oddball products that very few members use.
A junk envie will require an immediate remail.
Duplicates are encouraged IF they are an EXACT match to the wishlist, otherwise there is a limit of one of each coupon.
It is very important to include the train name and your HCW user name on/in the envie.
If for any reason life gets in the way and you were unable to send your envie on the mail out date, please let me know and post to the train thread so everyone will no when to expect their envie.
By joining this train you are agreeing to re-mail if your envie hasn't been received after 2 weeks.
Printables, MIR's, TMF's, BTFE, Pampers/Huggies points, Coke codes, and store specific Q's are welcomed ask long as they are listed on the wishlist.
If you agree and can abide by all the rules of the train (and HCW rules of course) and would like to join the ride, please post to the thread to reserve you ticket. Please make sure to PM me your mailing address and link to your wishlist.
I will only be taking 10 riders on this train ride so sign up quick before all the seats are taken.
