The pediatrician gave me a stack of coupons and included in the stack were (22) of these coupons for baby formula. The coupons read:

Save $5 when you purchase Nutramigen with Enflora LGG 12.6 Oz. Can of powder

Coupons expire: 13/31/2011

I will send all 22 coupons to the first person that can use them and sends me a PM with their mailing address. Please post a reply in this thread that you are sending a PM so others behind you know that the coupons are spoken for.
