It is that time of year where berries are in abundance!!! Me and the Hubs go berry pickin each year and jar a bus load of fresh preserves! We LOVE fresh preserves and here at HCW we LOVE coupons! And we love trading them... As a new TNT one of the best ways to increase your coupon stash is to trade. Riding trains is just one of the many FUN ways we trade. Here is your chance! You might just come to LOVE trains as much as I do.





Please make sure you read all the rules before signing up. Remember as a TNT, you can only ride one train at a time.


After you have read this entire thread, post below to ride and then PM me your name, mailing address and link to your wishlist. You must have a wishlist to ride this train (or just post some general wants in this thread if you choose) if you need help setting one up, I will help you.






This train is open to all TNT's, coaches and mods.


TNT's if you reach your required 5 feedbacks while riding this train, make sure to post in the thread @ the top of the TNT forum that you are at or over 5 feedbacks but are on a TNT train. We will hold off on promoting you until the train ride is over.

This will be a simple style train. I will take as many riders as sign up between now and Wednesday, July 20th. I will then mail out a confirmation PM to each rider which you will need to respond to within 24 hours to let me know you still want to ride. If I do not receive a response you will be removed from the train!! We will each mail to one other rider and receive one envie in return. Mail date will be Saturday, July 23rd. Early mailing is fine once match-ups are posted.




THE RULES

1. You must have a posted wishlist to ride. I can help you make one or here is a link to how to create a full WL. Also if it is easier, you can post some general wants here in the thread for others to see


2. As a TNT, you can only ride one train at a time, if you are already on 1 Train, wait and catch the next one. PLEASE NOTE: If you are currently on a train - you may only join this train if the envie(s) YOU sent have been received...if you have not received the envelope from the person mailing to you but the one you sent has been received you may join.

3. You must be able to send out 25 QUALITY coupons to 1 other rider and the coupons must not expire before August 2, 2011. If you want to send coupons with a shorter expiration date, that is fine but it doesn't count as part of the 25. You are also welcomed to send extras, but watch your postage. Please remember to mark the envie with your username and the train name so the receiver knows who sent the envie.

4. No baby, pet, medicine coupons should be included unless it is an EXACT match. Also, no "Junk" coupons like Depends or hair color unless it is an EXACT match. Think about your envie before you send it. Would you like to get the envie you are sending?

5. This is a potluck train but try to match the wishes of your fellow rider. You may only send one like coupon unless it is an EXACT match to a fellow riders wishlist. If it is an EXACT match, then multiples are encouraged. An EXACT match is just what it implies. If your rider wants .50/1 Gatorade do not send multiples of $1.00/2 Gatorade. Remember, this is a potluck train. You are not guaranteed to receive all items from your wishlist.

6. Coke codes, BTFE, Pampers Points, etc. are encouraged if your rider has them listed on their wishlist. Just remember that it counts as 1 item. Even if you send 20 Box Tops, it only counts as 1 item.

7. Printables and store specific coupons are great to send, as long as they are on their wishlist.

8. Rebates and TMF's can be included but watch your state restrictions.

9. You must be able to post when you mail and when you receive your envie. Please remember to leave feedback on your fellow riders. Feedback is not required but ALWAYS appreciated.

If for any reason, your envie is not received by the two-week mark, you will be asked to re-mail and adjust the expiration dates of your q's. If for some reason you do not receive an envie by the two-week mark, you must pm me or post that on the thread. If I don't hear from you, it will be posted as received.

If for some reason you mail out late, please post on the thread when you mailed it out so your fellow rider can know when to expect it.


TO JOIN

In order to join this train you MUST do the following:

1. Post below that you want to ride.

2. Send me a PM with your address with Berry Pickin Train in the subject line

3. Make sure your wishlist is in your siggy or send to me through a link.

I will send out one PM with all the address in it. Wishlists and match-ups will be posted on the main thread.

Again, once sign ups are closed I will be pm'ing all TNT riders for a final commitment that you want to ride. I will need to hear back from you within 24 hours after this pm is sent. If I don't hear back from you, you will NOT be confirmed and therefore, will have to catch the next train.

I'm just finishing up a train ... just waiting for my envies arrival to be posted. I understand I can't ride until it does, but I'm sure it will have a post before this train takes off ;)
