Hey how about a new train to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Hot Coupon World-I can't believe it's been that long!
Train newbies with plenty of QUALITY coupons to share are welcome! please read all requirements. I know the list is long, but its to help ensure you know what is expected so all passengers have a great ride!!

after reading this WHOLE post, reply below to ride and send me your addy and w/l in PM. If you don't do both, you won't be on the list.
How it works:
This train will run for 1 week only.
I will do a matchup in this thread after all members have signed up.
You will be assigned 5 riders to mail to. 5 other riders will be assigned to mail to you.
ohh 5 for the 5th anniversary!? How fun is that?
Each envie will have minimum 20 coupons following the guidelines below. meaning you will send and receive 100 coupons in one week!!! 
Mail day will be either MONDAY 7/18 or TUESDAY 7/19 whichever works best for you. Mailing early is OK once matchups are posted.
I will send out 1 rider list with every riders mailing info. You will use this list to get the address of the people you are mailing to using the names you are assigned on the matchup post.
To Join:
You must be able to mail 5 envies with 20 quality coupons following guidelines.
You must post when you mail and when you receive.
Leaving FB is really nice too!
This train is potluck which means you may not get 20 coupons from your WL in each envie. You may not get any! But let's all do our best to make some wishes come true!
Here are the rules/guidelines to envies:
20 coupons minimum in each of your 5 envies. extra's are fine. Please check your postage. Some coupons are heavier than others. All coupons must have at least 2 weeks until exp from mail date. This means with mail the mail dates above none of your 20 coupon minimum can expire before 8/1 or 8/2 unless they are extras.
No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.
Limit of 2 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wishlist. If you have an exact wishlist match, then duplicates are encouraged!!! again, more than 2 of something is ok if its "extra"
an exact match is .75/1 sweet baby rays. send multi's.
the following is NOT exact match. member has "bbq sauce" on the list, and you send 5 of 1 q, or you have $1/1 q's... members put values they need based on where they shop. If you are not sure, send a pm.
If you want to include more than 2 of a certain coupon, or some with a short exp date, that is Aok to do, but it has to be above the 20 coupon minimum.
original printables are great to send if the member can use them.
store specific coupons are only ok if they are on the WL.
BTFE's, Coke Codes, Pampers Codes etc are all great to include if they are wishlist items. Codes can be written on a piece of paper or index card to be included.
Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include. Watch state restrictions.
Above all if you're not sure-ask your coupon buddy! Maybe they can use what you have and never knew it existed!
Post when you mail, post when you receive, leave fb for members who mail to you. Write your membername and the name of the train (HCW Hot Anniversary) on the envie or include in the envie so you can receive your props!
If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to remail at the 2 week point. joining this train is your agreement to this rule.
If for any reason you mail out late, it happens, life gets in the way. But post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.
To make my life easy, if you want to ride, pm me your address with train name in your pm title. If your w/l is not in your siggy, please send the link in your PM. I will not look for it. Also post in the thread that you want to ride, that is my "catch" in case I miss anyone in the PM's.
I will take sign ups until Friday evening at 9 pm EST or until we have so many riders I can't count that high.

receiving envies: before PM'ing me to complain about an envie having multiples, or short dated q's, or nothing from your WL etc. Please re-read the rules. Count the coupons sent. If there is more than 20, count the ones within the rules, if theres 20, the rest are extra's. If not a single q in the envie is from your WL, but they are within guidelines, so be it. This train is potluck. The hope is that we will all make up the best envelopes possible for each other, but some may not have q's from your WL. All that said, if your envie is NOT within guidielines, please let me know so I can take care of it!
