RAOK ROAK - because my fiance is belting out songs by himself on our back porch

My fiance is currently sitting on our back porch, watching the dogs play, drinking a beer and belting out whatever song comes up on Pandora.

He had just made me laugh and smile and remember why I love him. So in honor of loved ones who make us laugh, post here with something your significant other has done that has made you laugh out loud!

I will choose the funniest and mail them a 20 q potluck made as best I can from your wishlist. I have some great non-inserts! So post away and I will choose the winner tomorrow night (Tuesday at midnight!)

We took a road trip to Utah to see my sister one year. We had stopped for gas and he went inside to pay and saw a bucket of roses on the counter. He noticed a purple one in there and thought I would like it. He came back to the truck carrying the rose and was so proud of himself for finding a purple rose (something he has never seen before). He suprised me with it and then wanted to smell it. That is when he noticed that his great find was a fake. Made in China sticker on it and all! We still have that rose. It has a place of honor on our mantle. He still buys me purple roses but only from a florist!!

Several years ago (back when we were dating) DH and I went to an outdoor outlet mall. He said he needed to use the restroom, so I said I would wait outside. I sat and watched him walk through a door that was clearly marked female. A couple of minutes later a small group of ladies went into the bathroom.

Out comes running my now DH, looking bewildered-yet trying to play it cool. I asked him how his trip to the ladies restroom was-and he replied that he found it weird that there were no urinals and when the women came in-he just then realized he was in the wrong bathroom! He blamed his mistake on the heat and the fact that I had dragged him to an outlet mall for an afternoon! We still laugh about it!

My boyfriend ordered a Kid's Meal from BK, and he got one of those bath toys you can fill with water and squirt. He called me into the bathroom while he was taking a bath, to show me that he learned how to fill it with fart. -.-

One night our dogs would not stop barking. We were not getting any sleep so my husband went outside to calm then down. Well, my husband sleeps in the nude so he is trekking outside in his birthday suit. He had been gone for only a minute when he came running back in the house. He said he had got halfway around the garage and happened to think about the recent bear sightings in our area. He said he could just read the headlines in the paper, "Naked man mauled by bears in his back yard". I was ROFLBO!!!!

    Thanks for the chance.

I had a Proud and Laughing moment today..... and a whole lotta cute moments

My wife has been taking our little girl ( just over 3 yrs of age ) to her first few dance classes as I was in ohio helping my mother out and tonight I got to go to her class. Mommy got her all dressed up in her dance clothes and dance shoes and went right in with the other little girls. They all sat in a row on mats. Parents arent allowed in the class, but we do get to watch through a window. As they are all sitting down my little girl reaches over and touches the girls hair next to her...

They all have there hair up in a pony tail. She does this many times. She is fascinated with long hair. Class goes on and everything the dance instructor has the girls do, she does it opposite or does it her own way. The instructor hands out pom poms to each of the girls and in the middle of the dance instructor teaching them what to do, my little one ( of course ) goes around and tries to trade her pom poms for different colored ones.

Watching her jump around, walk on her tippy toes, dance around the room, doing things differently then what was instructed and how the other kids did them, had me laughing and made me even prouder.

To some, that might seem as not a big deal, but after 5 ankles surgeries requiring months and months of recovery in a 2.5 year span and still not being able to run around the yard and chase her and do things that require alot of standing or walking, It is a huge deal to me.

So, I guess you could just say that this is a daddy bragging post.

I will take every moment with her and tuck it in my heart and my mind.
