How does the coupon train work on this site? Link is not working in TNT FA&Q

Sorry newb ? I tried to click the link on the TNT FQ&A but it opened a new window and said this:

Unfortunately I won't be able to answer this question about your settings, one of the mods will have to help you on that, but in regards to the trains...here you go:

In the TNT forum, you can typically ride 1 train at a time. Each train will have its own rules and those rules will be outlined w/in the train. The way we like to host the trains in the TNT forum is typically every 7 - 10 days. So there is typically one running pretty much all the time!! Just hop on board.

Once the mods check your settings to see what is going on with the link you can read more on the rules. HTH


ETA: Once you have been promotted to the main forum, then you can hop aboard other coupon trains, by following the rules w/in the coupon train forum.

Thanks for the answer :) but what does joining a train entail? I don't want to join one if I'm not clear on the rules...is there a certain amount of coupons that you need to contribute? When I get the envie and remove coupons that I want do I have to replace with like value?....etc....

There are all different kinds of trains as far as ride time.. amount of envies sent.. etc. For basic trains, it's usually 25-30 coupons.. the ones I've been on you just replace the coupons to make it back up to 25-30... not necessarily same value. HTH
