How about Peanut Butter Fudge (or any other fudge)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Once it is completely melted, stir in the brown sugar and the milk.
3. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. After 2 minutes, remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
4. Sift the powdered sugar into a large bowl, and pour the peanut butter mixture over the sugar. Stir until the candy is well-combined and has no lumps.
5. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan. Cover the pan with cling wrap, and refrigerate until firm. Once firm, cut into small squares to serve.

Caramel Chex Mix - put into baggies, quick , easy and delic.
1 stick margarine
1/4 C. dark corn syrup
1 C. brown sugar
Microwave for 2 minutes, remove stir and then add
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Microwave for 1 minute and then add
1 Box of Crispix cereal ( can use rice chex, corn chex, ect... but the Crispix really works the best)
1 bag of pretzel twists or stix, the mini ones work the best
Microwave for 30 seconds, stir well to coat, spread out to dry , when cooled some add a bag of peanut or almond M&M's (the almond are better)
I know this looks complicated written out, but it is really very easy and very quick to make and everyone LOVES it.

In my defense, I will only bid human beings in the auction forum if it's a MM.
