IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST and UNDERSTAND THE RULES
before signing up. Remember, you can only ride FIVE trains at a time.

3 WEEKS, 3 MAIL DATES (6 ENVIES TOTAL)!
WEEK 1: 1 ENVIE, WEEK 2: 2 ENVIES & WEEK 3: EVIES
25 coupons per envie!
MAIL DATES: 05/23/11, 05/30/11 & 06/06/11!

Please make sure you have enough coupons before signing up!
Week 1: 1 envie = 25 coupons, Week 2: 2 envies = 50 coupons & Week 3: 3 envies = 75 coupons. 150 coupons Total!

TRAIN DETAILS
This is a simple style Potluck Train, but WL items are strongly encouraged.

Envies must contain 25 QUALITY COUPONS that expire 2 weeks or more after each respective mail date.

Internet printables, store specific coupons, BTFEs, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, etc. are okay if they are wishlisted. Rebates and TMF's can be included, but please watch your state restrictions. Multiple copies of the same coupon are okay only if an exact match to a WL item.

IMPORTANT! An EXACT match is just what it implies. If your rider
wants $.50/1 Gatorade, DO NOT send multiples of $1.00/2 Gatorade.

No pet, baby, meds, booze, hair color or odd items like Depends unless they are a WL item.
Make sure you would be happy to receive the envie you are mailing.

Once matchups are posted, early mailings are okay.
However, the expiration date rule above still applies.

BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS TRAIN YOU AGREE TO:
1. Post when you mail and receive all envies.

2. Write "STEP-UP EXPRESS" and your Hot Coupon World ID on the envie. This assists fellow riders on multiple trains and helps ensure you receive positive feedback
3. Promptly re-mail any envie you send that is not received within 2 weeks of the mail date.

4. Ensure you have an updated WL posted on HCW.

5. Alert your conductor of any problems you have in getting your envies out timely.

6. If possible, leave feedback for all your fellow riders, since we will all contribute to the success of the train. Links to everyone's iTrader page will be PMed upon conclusion of the train. We all love seeing those iTrader numbers go up.

7. If for any reason, your envie is not received by the two-week mark and a resend is requested, you will be asked to re-mail and adjust the expiration dates of your coupons.

TWO WEEK RULE: If you do not receive an envie, you have two weeks from the
mail date to request a resend. If I do not hear from you by the deadline,
your envie will be automatically marked "received" and no resend will be required.

PLEASE. . . Alert your conductor of any problems
you have in getting your envie out timely.
