THE "HYSTERICAL HAT" TNT TRAIN

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST and UNDERSTAND THE RULES
before signing up. Remember as a TNT, you can only ride ONE train at a time.

IF YOU REACH YOUR REQUIRED 5 FEEDBACKS WHILE RIDING THIS TRAIN. . .
Please post in the thread at the top of the TNT forum that you have reached the
feedback requirement AND are riding a TNT train. You will be promoted once the train ride is over.

As a new TNT, one of the best ways to
increase your coupon stash is to ride a trade train.
Here's your chance to have some FUN with us. . .

TRAIN DETAILS
This is a simple style Potluck Train, but WL items are encouraged.

Envies must contain 25 QUALITY COUPONS that expire 2 weeks or more after mail date or not before June 3, 2011.

I will take as many riders as sign up between now and Wednesday, May 17,2011 at 6:00 PM EST. At that time, I will PM a confirmation to each rider. You MUST respond within 24 hours if you want to "catch" this train.

IMPORTANT! If I do not receive confirmation from you that you will be riding,
you WILL be removed from the train and will have to catch the next one.

Once sign ups are closed and the riders confirmed, you will be assigned a person to mail and envie to. Here in "Hot Coupon" land we call this "match-ups." Another rider will be assigned to mail an envie to you.

Once matchups are posted, early mailings are okay.
However, the expiration date rule above still applies.

THE RULES

1. As a TNT, you can only ride one train at a time. If you are already on one Train, you can catch the next one.

2. You must have a posted wishlist (WL) to ride. Click HERE to learn how to create a WL or simply post your general wants to the train thread.

3. You must be able to send out 25 QUALITY coupons to one other rider. The coupons MUST NOT expire before June 3, 2011. You are also welcomed to send extra coupons with a short expiration date, but watch your postage.

4. Please write "HYSTERICAL HAT" and your Hot Coupon World ID on the envie. This assists fellow riders in knowing who sent the envie and also helps to ensure you receive the positive feedback you require to graduate to TRADER.

5. No baby, pet, booze, hair color, medicine coupons or odd items few use (like Depends or magazine coupons, etc.) should be included unless it is an EXACT match to your receiver's WL. Make sure you would be happy to receive the envie you are mailing.

6. This is a potluck train, but please try to match the wishes of your fellow rider. You may only send one like coupon unless it is an EXACT match to your receiver's WL. If it is an EXACT match, then multiples are encouraged.

IMPORTANT! An EXACT match is just what it implies. If your rider
wants $.50/1 Gatorade, DO NOT send multiples of $1.00/2 Gatorade.

7. BTFEs, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, Pampers Points, etc. are okay if they are wishlisted. Just remember that it counts as one item. Even if you send 20 Box Tops, it only counts as one item.

8. Printables and store specific coupons are great to send, as long as they are wishlisted.

9. Rebates and TMF's can be included, but please watch your state restrictions.

10. You must be able to post when you mail and when you receive your envies.

11. Since most riders here are trying to graduate to "TRADER," leaving feedback for your fellow riders is greatly appreciated.

12. If for any reason, your envie is not received by the two-week mark, you will be asked to re-mail and adjust the expiration dates of your coupons.

TWO WEEK RULE: If you do not receive an envie, you have two weeks from the
mail date to request a resend. If I do not hear from you by the deadline,
your envie will be automatically marked "received" and no resend will be required.

As this is a potluck train, no rider is
guaranteed to receive items from their wishlist.

TO "GET A TICKET" . . .
In order to join this train you MUST do the following:

1. Post below that you want to ride.

2. Send me a PM with your address with "HYSTERICAL HAT" in the subject line.

3. Make sure your wishlist is in your siggy or post a general list of your coupon desires in the train's thread.

PLEASE. . . Alert your conductor of any problems
you have in getting your envie out timely.

IMPORTANT! A PM will be sent to ALL riders that lists ALL riders' addresses.
Wishlists and match-ups will be posted in the train's thread.

Names start BLACK and change to PURPLE when "sent" and BLUE when "received."

RED indicates a "resend" is requested. PINK if marked received in accordance with the "two week" rule above.

Hi!!
Since you have already started a wish list, you will (when that page is open, your wish list) copy the address in the address line. Then you will click on user CP. Once there you will click edit signature. Then another box will open...you can type wish list or what ever you want. Then highlight what you type and click on the blue globe, another box will open up. Make sure the box is empty and then paste the address you copied into the box and click OK. Then save your siggy:)
