I need to get rid of some coupons for things that tempt me! I started Weight Watchers on April 18th, and have lost 5.5 pounds as of this morning!! I'm doing pretty well, but I need to NOT buy things that will make me go off my plan!! So...I'm filling up an envie with coupons for candy, cookies, chips, and other things like frozen snacks, cake mixes...whatever I find in my coupon box that I think I shouldn't be buying right now. (PS...don't tell my family!! They just think that snacks haven't been on sale lately!! LOL!!)
So, just post here with one of the following:
1) a link to a "good for you" coupon that I can print (salads, veggies, etc.)
2) a tip that has helped you when you needed to drop a few pounds
3) Or...just post something that made you smile today.
It's pretty easy!! I'll pick a random post number on Friday morning (if my computer is still working...which it might not be!!) If I'm not here on Friday, keep posting, and I'll pick one when I'm back online!

Congrats on your weight loss!! One tip I have is too not totally deny yourself sweets or treats that you really like. Having one once in a while is okay, too!

I like to find yummy substitues. My favorite is frozen grapes...how did I go so long without giving those a try?!

I joined Weight Watchers the beggining of April and I weigh in tomorrow, but so far I've lost 4.8 pounds. What I did to help me lose weight? I pitched a bunch of tempting recipes and cut out a bunch of light recipes to try. I threw out 10 x's more stuff than I kept. I was spring cleaning at the time as well. Good Luck!
Congrats... I started Weight Watchers on 1.2.11, have taken weeks off here and there but have lost about 28 pounds... (go on Saturdays).... Its great and if you need help, suggestions or encouragements please message me. I also have a LOT of cookbooks that I bought so if you are looking for a recipe let me know and I can scan and e-mail it to you....

I need to get back on WW. Any how, I saw a sad thing at work today(cried about it for a while on the drive home) so when I got home and walked the dog with my neighbor a funny thing happened. He literally pooped in every yard in the neighborhood. He would leave one little piece in each yard and watch his owner pick all the pieces. So after the 4th yard I started laughing and it felt so good. So I wonder if he didn't do it thinking it was funny, just to make me laugh.
One tip I've always heard is get some of those frozen juice pops and whenever you feel like you want to eat grab one of those instead - a great way to curb a sweet tooth.
