I laughed so hard because this is me, too!
Count me in on the contest. My diet hints:
Lots of herbs and spices, both fresh and from a jar, are great for dieting. I find if I really bump up the flavor, I don't notice there is less of it nearly as much. Helps cut down on your salt intake, too...and we all know what salt does!<< water weight! haha
Park further out when going to shop with all the awesome coupons. Helps you get your exercise.
Run whenever you hear the ice maker...wait..Oops! channeling my dog again!![]()
I also go to the upstairs bathroom because the stairs count as exercise, right? When I had a one story house, I would go to the furthest bathroom. Ok, only a little further because it was a small house, but with all the extra water, it counted, right?
Invest in a water bottle you can carry with you everywhere. I found a couple of heavy duty ones with the freezer stick on clearance last fall at Walmart for $1. Two is awesome because then I always have a freezer stick in the freezer and a bottle of water in the fridge.
