Sorry to say that you are only allowed four because... well, that's the way the system is set up. I've been a member here for awhile but don't know the exact reason for this. I would guess it's because if everyone's siggy were a mile long, it would really make reading the forums kind of hard if you had to scroll past everything all the time. Mods are allowed more lines, I'm sure you may have noticed.

But, that said, there's no reason you should have had to make your font so small. My guess is that the system is reading it as all one big line and therefore you had to make it tiny to fit in the space. Did you try breaking it up into a couple of lines by hitting enter? Then you might be able to make the font bigger...
