I think you've received some great advice about how to sort & organize. My vote is for creating a work station and using magazine racks on the wall to the side of your desk.

When I have alot of these, my folders are too small. I usually use file stackers and label them. -bay is a good way to do this, but if you want to be able to do better on your own groceries, I find it best to trade for wine tags and meat deals because we dont get any of those coupons here. Wish I lived near you! lol
