Hi there, thanks for stoppin' by! I shop regularly at HyVee, Fareway, & Alco. I go to Walgreens, Kmart, Dahl's, and Target once in awhile, but that requires over an hour drive time one way.

Please, please, PLEASE do NOT send any coupons that have a store name printed on them (I will accept Target as long as there is 30 days until expiration, I go to the city maybe once a month), my local stores WILL NOT accept them. Even if it says it is a manufacturer's coupon, I still cannot use it. Not to sound rude, but I have to trash them if I get them and that makes me .

I like coupons for free items (who doesn't), but I do not expect them in trade, unless we are trading frees, but know that they are greatly appreciated.

I can use Internet coupons, but they do have to be in color.
I can't use any BOGO free IP coupons (stores won't accept b/c of all the frad coupons floating around) and I CANNOT use any expired coupons either, so please watch the dates. I've been getting expired coupons in trains. I prefer coupons with longer expiration dates, but two weeks from the day it is sent is okay too. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

IVDSO Mail in Rebates and Try Me frees. You can PM me with what you have. Wine tags are okay too (with no wine purchase, good in Iowa), but again, I do not expect to receive them.

• Air freshners of any kind, I use Scentsy.
• Vitamins
• Hair dye, no white yet...knock on wood.
• Pain meds (Mark has Rx drugs for that)
• Shampoos/conditioners/hair sprays/etc unless specified
• Perdue Chicken (not sold in my area)
• Dean Dairy Foods (not sold in my area)
• Any Seafood not listed (I can't find it in my area, sorry)
• Any over the counter deli meat coupons that isn't Dilusso.
• Milk coupons unless they are for Anderson Erickson Milk or $$ off ANY brand
• Deodorants/makeup/lotions/ body washes/etc. (unless listed)
• Coffee of any kind- cannot drink it any more due to GERD.

If all else fails, I can always find a use for:

• Tear pad coupons for grocery items only. If I can find tear pads it is a miracle! The only ones I can find are at the gas station chain, Casey's, and usually it is for soda or somthing along that line.
• Try Me Frees, rebate forms (preferably not for alcohol), these are incredibly hard to find..never get any TMF peelies) MUST be good in IOWA.
• Coke Codes
• Fast Fixin’s UPC codes
• Will also take:
• BTFE
