Spring Sort & Swap

I will take sign ups through Monday, April 4th. This train will run for 2 weeks. You will mail to and receive from 2 riders one week and 2 riders a second week. This means you will send and receive 4 envies total. Each envie must have a minimum of 25 coupons expiring at least 2 weeks from the date you mail. If you mail late, you must adjust your expiration dates, although I hope that everyone will mail on time.

Here's the Sort & Swap part: Crack open your vault of non-inserts and start sorting them out to swap for other non-inserts. Each envie must contain a minimum of 10 non-inserts. Non-inserts are just how they sound: any coupon not found in the newspaper coupon inserts. They can be magazine coupons, tearpads, peelies, blinkies, etc. While internet printable coupons aren't found in the newspaper, in this train they do not count as part of the 10 non-insert requirement.

I will send out 1 rider list with every riders mailing info. This is where you will get the addies you need to mail to your partners.

Mail out days are:
April 8th
April 15th

Week 1 and 2 match-ups will be posted together so you have the option of mailing early. For example, you can either mail all 4 of your envies for week 1 or follow the mailing match ups.


Additional Coupon Guidelines:

* You MUST have a wish list to ride this train.No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.
* Limit of 2 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have an exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!!
* BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes are all great to include as extras if they are wish list items.
* Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include. Watch state restrictions.

Here is my 2 week rule: If your envie has not been received by 2 weeks you will need to resend. You are agreeing to this by signing up. Also, you must let me know by PM if you have not received an envie at the 2 week mark. If you have not I will mark it received.

Basic train rules:
* You must post when you mail and when you receive.
*You must write the name of the train, week #, and your user name on the envie.
* Please leave feedback for your match ups :)
* Early mail outs are fine.
* If for any reason you mail out late, it happens, life gets in the way. Post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.

Newbies with a itrader of at least 5 with plenty of QUALITY coupons to share are welcome! You can only ride up to 5 trains at a time at HCW. If you are already on 5, you can catch the next one!
