“How Many? Train”
Time commitment?
1 Week. You get to decide how many envelopes you are mailing out and receiving (up to 5 per rider).
Coupon requirements?
minimum of 25 coupons in each envelope (more is always encouraged, but do WATCH the envelope’s weight and your postage.) Those 25 coupons MUST expire 3 weeks from mail out day. NO more than 1 coupon unless it is an EXACT match from wish list. Please try to match up as many as you can from wish lists or include unused, first class stamps in your envelope.
Who can ride?
iTrader rating of 5 or higher PLUS no negatives.
Currently riding 4 or less trains.
This is a simple, one-week ride.

After reading this WHOLE LONG THREAD and making sure you understand all the rules, post a reply below to let me know you want to claim a ticket.
Then you must ALSO send me a PM with the following:
* “How Many? train” in the title
* your full name
* your mailing address
* a link to your wishlist
*Please note: you can ride up to 5 trains (including conducting) at a time on HCW. If you are already on five trains, don’t sign up. You can catch the next one!
This train has one mailing day:
* Tuesday, April 5 (thus, your 25 coupons can’t expire before April 26)
*There is no limit on the number of riders who can take this ride. If you meet the requirements and wish to ride, you can claim a ticket.
I will accept riders through Friday, April 1st .
In order to take this ride (there are a lot of rules, but please read them):
*YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: you are agreeing to these rules when you sign up for this train
* be a member of the Trader group on HCW and have an iTrader rating of with NO negative ratings.
* POST when you mail and when you receive envelopes.
* mail envies on or before the mailing date given.
*…write your HCW user name, “How Many? on HCW” AND your user ID.
* have a posted, updated wishlist to ride.
*… remail your envie if it has not been received AND declared missing by the two week point (for this train, that’s April 19). Joining this train means you agree to this rule. Please remember, that when you sign up to join a train, not only are you agreeing to the specific guidelines of that train but the train rules as posted HERE in general.
***Report a missing envie within two weeks of the date it was posted as mailed. After two weeks from the mailing date, any envies that are not reported as received in the train thread will be ASSUMED to have been received unless they are reported as missing. Again, signing up for this train means you agree to this rule.
***Failing to follow the rules of the trains or not sending an envelope falls under a bad trade. You can be reported for this and be listed as a bad trader.
Additional fine print for coupon guidelines:
*No baby, no pet, no meds, no alcohol beverage, and no oddball products that very few members use UNLESS you have an exact wishlist match. In other words, no junk! If you receive a junk envelope, pm the conductor.
*Limit of one copy of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wishlist. An EXACT match is exactly that… if I say on my wishlist 75/1 Superpretzels, 50/2 is NOT an exact match. If you have and exact wishlist match, then duplicates are encouraged!
*You can always send more than 25. If you want to include more than one of a certain coupon, or some with a short expiration date, that is OK, but it has to be above the 25 coupon minimum. And if you do send extras, watch your postage!
*Printables, store-specific coupons, BTFE, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes, etc., are great to send if the member can use them.
*Rebates and TMF forms are GREAT to include IF they are for items in the wish list (just be sure they can be used in the state the receiver is in!).
*If for any reason you mail out late (life happens), post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.
*Feedback is always appreciated!
*Please also note that this is a potluck train! That means that while it is nice to try to match the wish lists of your assigned recipients, do not feel that every coupon has to come from their wish list. Just do the best you can. As long as you adhere to the other rules about expiration dates, minimum number of coupons and mailing on the mailing dates, you should be fine.
*You can always PM the member directly if you have questions about what s/he can or cannot use.
*And finally, if you have questions about the progress of this train or whether a trader sent you an envie that does not meet the requirements for this train, you can always contact me via PM.
