HOW DOES IT WORK?

• You send me a request via PM (See "Sign Me Up!" section below) for one of the (05) $100 or (10) $500 Non-Insert Coupons Potlucks.
• I will add your name to the list at the bottom of this thread.
• Once all (15) slots are filled (or at 10pm on Feb 27th) , I will "close" the thread to new requests.
• Your potluck will be shipped shortly after the thread is closed.
• I will place the Date Shipped by your name at the bottom of this thread. If you requested a $500 Mega-Potluck, I will also send you a PM containing your Delivery Confirmation # so you can track it's progress to your home!
• The thread will be closed by 10am mst on Feb 27th regardless of all slots being taken on not. This is to help ensure they arrive with the standard "2 weeks before expiration date" of the earliest to expire items.

WHAT DO I GET?

• "100 Club Members" will receive a Standard or Scotch Clasp Kraft Envelope containing a $100 Face Value Non-Insert Coupon Potluck!
• "500 Club Members" will receive a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box (with Delivery Confirmation) containing a $500 Face Value Non-Insert Coupon Potluck!
• Non-Insert Coupons are in the form of Peelies, Tearpads, Hangtags, Blinkies (not many of these), Home Mailers, etc!
• Multiples from 1 to 10 of any single coupon will be included in your potluck.
• The earliest Expiration Date of any items included will be March 15th, 2011 (If there is ever an earlier date included, it is considered "Extra" and does not count towards your $ amount).
• The latest Expiration Date of any items included will be Dec 31, 2013 and xNED.
• As little "Junk" as possible will be included. There will be NO Organics/Elder Care/Vitamins/Cosmetics/Baby/Pet UNLESS requested by you. (Caution: "Junk" is a relative term! )
• A Wide Variety of Non-Inserts, all selected by little ole me! These are GREAT for Coupon Trains, sharing with family/friends, including as "extras" with your trades or to see what Non-Inserts are out there!
• Drinks, snacks, cheese, ice cream, pickles, Kraft, Nabisco, Kelloggs, BOGOs, free WYBs, and LOTS LOTS MORE! NOTE: For members into Natural/Organic foods (like myself ), I DO have these types of Qs available. PLEASE tell me and I will include some, but your potluck will still include the same wide variety of items as everyone elses.
• When possible, I will try to include some Non-Inserts from your Wish List! However, this depends greatly on your Wishes and my current selection of non-inserts so it is NOT guaranteed! However, I do recommend that you verify your WL is Up-To-Date!
• Specific Store Qs and Qs with Store Logos will NOT be included unless requested!!!
• I rarely print Qs so IPs are usually not included.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

• $100 Club Members
• PPEF/CC: $7.50 (Concealed Cash is At Your Own Risk!) ~or~
• Stamps: 16 Unused Current Postage ~or~
• Trade: 70 ct Insert/Other Qs from my WL + $.88/2 Stamps towards Shipping ~or~
• Other: If you wish to be creative, give it a try! As long as we are both happy in the end, it's cool!
  That works out to $.06 per Non-Insert!

• PPEF/CC: $25 (Concealed Cash is At Your Own Risk!) ~or~
• Stamps: 56 Unused Current Postage ~or~
• Trade: 250 ct Insert/Other Qs from my WL + $2.50 towards Shipping~or~
• Other: If you wish to be creative, give it a try! As long as we are both happy in the end, it's cool.
  That works out to $.04 per Non-Insert!
  
  How is this calculated?
  100 Club Shipping: $1.50 (Cost to mail the Scotch Clasp Envelope as a First Class Package. I am not comfortable mailing so many irregular shaped items in a normal envie as my PO is rough!)
  Time/Effort: $6.00
  
  500 Club Shipping: $5.00 (Cost of the Small Flat Rate Priority Mail Box which includes Delivery Confirmation)
  Time/Effort: $20.00
  
  NOTE: A little explanation of the "Time/Effort" part. I can spend up to 10 hours a week in numerous stores/convenience stores in up to 10 of my closest cities (seriously...Phoenix, Glendale, Sun City, Goodyear, Laveen, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale...occasionally Chandler & Ahwatukee) collecting non-inserts with my DD2. At each store I collect an average of 100-200 coupons! Then I sort them into bins by Expiration Date. I have to figure out how many multiples of each I have available for potlucks. Then (When Possible) I print out WL threads and do matchups , select all the Qs and count up to 100 for each envie (10) and 500 for each box (05). That is 3,500 coupons and that part alone can take a couple of days!!! Finally, I get to shove it all in there, fill out and print out the USPS PM shipping labels (or address the envies) and get them out of here! So seriously...you are paying for my TIME!
