Have a box of little prizes in it, little things like stickers, crayon packs, thomas toys, playdoh, etc... let the "big boy" choose an item each time he gets it right.
We also had a "potty party" each time our little ones actually used the potty. There was much dancing, screaming, elation, singing, joy and praises. It felt a little ridiculous, but I think it really worked. The kids loved us celebrating their accomplishment!
Good luck! We are actually starting to potty train our third this week, I am soooooo looking forward to no diapers!!!
