The Super Envie Train! *All Done! Thanks for a great ride!*

Welcome to the Super Envie Train!! *Please Read Carefully!*

This train will run for three weeks! I will take as many riders as sign up b/t now and Thursday, February 10, 2011. The mail-dates are Monday, February 14th, Monday February 21st, and Monday February 28th! You will mail one envie of 25 coupons per week, for a total of 3 envies and 75 coupons!

For this train, you have the option of earning points. You don’t have include everything that earns the points, but I’m hoping it will be fun enough that you’ll want to, so that everyone sends and receives super envies! At the end of the three weeks, once all envies are received and points are totaled, the first place winner will receive a $5 gift card, and the runner-up will receive a potluck from me with at least 3 stamps, so there is a LOT of potential for goodies on this train!

I know that not everyone has access to non-inserts, or lots of inserts that will fulfill WLs, so this is an opportunity to earn points in a variety of ways! Here is what you can do to earn points:

If your envie:

-is decorated in any way- 1 point
-includes a card, a note, stickers, a nice quote, a drawing, or anything extra- 1 point
-has Non-Inserts in it - 2 points per Non-Insert
-has WL matches in it- 2 points per WL match!
-includes a stamp ($.44 or forever)- 3 points
-has a small gift card balance ($5 or less is fine) or a coupon for a FREE item- 4 points

So, if you send an envie that’s decorated with 20 inserts, 5 non-inserts, a stamp, and a FREE, your envie would get 18 points!!

IMPORTANT: When you receive your envie, count up the points and post the total when you post that you’ve received your envie.

I will keep a running total of everyone's points at the bottom of this post.

Train rules:

Anyone who is a member of the trader group and has an itrader rating of 5 or higher with no negatives or neutrals may join. You may ride up to 5 trains at a time @ HCW, so if you are already on 5, hope to catch you next time!

You MUST post when you mail and when you receive. This is a requirement to ride this train, ESPECIALLY since you have to assign point values to your envies! IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF HOLDING UP TRAINS B/C YOU DO NOT POST, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RIDE!!

You do not need a wish list posted in the wish list forum to ride, just remember, if you don’t have a list, you will receive a potluck from your buddies, so if that’s okay with you, it’s okay with me! If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list and you will probably receive a lot of pot luck q’s, so we should use our buddy’s wishlist as a starting point and then add potluck after we have matched the best we could to their list, this way, people get more of what they need.

Of course the forum rules apply to all trains conducted on HCW, so please be sure you know the rules before you sign up. Feedback is never required, but is always appreciated.

Rules/guidelines for envies:

25 coupons minimum in each of your envies. Extras are great, Please remember to check your postage. Some coupons are heavier than others. All coupons must have at least 2 weeks until exp from mail date unless they are extra or you OK’d it with the person you are sending to. So
when you mail: no coupons should expire before:
Feb 14 Feb 28
Feb 21 March 7
Feb 28 March 14

No baby, pet, meds, or oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. Example: If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.

A junk envie will require an immediate re-mail.

Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have an exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!! More than 2 of something is OK if its extra. You must write the train name and your user name somewhere on the envie.

Some other things that you can include IF your buddy says they can use them:

Printables, store specific, BTFE, CLFE, Pampers Points, Coke codes, Pepsi codes, MIR and TMF forms (check the state restrictions), stickers, other items that your buddy collects.

If you happen to mail out late for any reason, please PM me and post to the thread so that your buddy knows to watch for the envie. Life happens and it’s okay, communication is very helpful in the event of a late mail.

If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to re-mail at the 2 week point. Joining this train is your agreement to this rule. Any envie that is not reported as “not received” by the two week point will be marked received.
