Giving Back Challenge
Newbies with a itrader of at least 5 with plenty of QUALITY coupons to share are welcome! Please read all requirements. I know the list is long, but its to help ensure you know what is expected so all passengers have a great ride!!

How It Works:
Donations to Food Banks are low right now. More and more people are seeking help due to unemployment. Please read this article to find out more.
So I thought why not do something about it. Go through your pantry and see what you have stockpiled that you can share with your local Food Bank. Nothing in your pantry? I know my local food bank will gladly accept health & beauty products (check with yours as they may have a need for it also). Seek out coupons to pick up free or nearly free items at your grocery store. Even 1 food item donation can make a difference to someone in need. This is a chance for you to make a difference in your community and brag about it if you want!
The challenge you ask? Gather all of your donations during the week of January 31st though February 6th. Make that drive down to your local food bank and drop everything off. On February 6th send me a PM with your total amount of items donated (I don't need to know what items you donated, just the amount).
The person who donates the most will receive a Potluck Envie of coupons from me! I will announce the winner on February 7th.
You will mail out 1 envie of 30 coupons with a 3 week expiration date. So if you mail on January 31st no part of your 30 coupons should expire before February 21st. Extras with shorter expiration dates are fine.
This train will be a 1 time mailer. We will mail out on January 31st. Early mail outs will be fine as soon as the match ups are posted.
This cute hummingbird told me that there will be more trains like this one. Keep your eyes open, you don't want to miss out!

You may ride up to 5 trains at a time @ HCW, so if you are already on 5, hope to catch you next time!
You must post when you mail and when you receive. This is a requirement to ride this train.
You need a wish list to ride. If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list and you will probably receive a potluck of coupon.
This train is potluck which means you may not get 30 coupons from your wishlist in your envie, however ~ we should use our buddy’s wishlist as a starting point and then add potluck after we have matched the best we could to their list, this way, people get more of what they need.
Of course the forum rules apply to all trains conducted on HCW, so please be sure you know the rules before you sign up.
Feedback is never required, but is always appreciated.
Rules/guidelines for envies:
30 coupons minimum. Extras are great, Please remember to check your postage. Some coupons are heavier than others. All coupons must have at least 3 weeks until exp from mail date unless they are extra or you OK’d it with the person you are sending to.
No baby, pet, meds, or oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. Example: If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.
A junk envie will require an immediate remail!
Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have an exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!! Again, more than 2 (if not an exact wish list match) of something is OK if its "extra"
You must write the train name and your user name somewhere on the envie.
Some other things that you can include IF your buddy says they can use them:
Printables, store specific, BTFE, CLFE, Pampers Points, Coke codes, Pepsi codes, MIR and TMF forms (check the state restrictions), stickers, other items that your buddy collects.
If you happen to mail out late for any reason, please PM me and post to the thread so that your buddy knows to watch for the envie. Life happens and it’s okay, communication is very helpful in the event of a late mail.
If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to re-mail at the 2 week point. Joining this train is your agreement to this rule. Any envie that is not reported as “not received” by the two week point will be marked received.
