Kids are 8,5 and 1. And No to the crockpot.. Im lucky he knows how to turn the oven on, so crockpot is a stretch unless its something I can start in the morning and drop off on my way to work and it will be ready for him to serve by the time he gets home at night.

I made a bunch of freezer stuff for my mom and dad when my dad had surgery. My mom can't really cook. So I have probably five or more recipes that would work. Please PM me even if I don't win. I want to help you out.

    Here are some titles:

    Rocky Mountain Beef Brisket BBQ
    Pork BBQ
    Homemade Hamburger Helper
Chicken Pot Pie (uses crescent rolls)
    Chicken Divan
    Chili
    Ravioli Soup
    Lasagna
    Stuffed Shells
    Meatballs (for spaghetti and meatballs)

I'm trying to start a group at my church to make meals to put in our church freezer so I have tried A LOT of recipes. I have some other than these that require a crockpot or some assembly. I assume those would be bad (we ruled them out for the church thing). Let me know though!

    Pasta and meatballs
-Fast fixings has the buy 2 get $5.00 rebate now on meatballs
    - Whatever brand of pasta sauce you have in your stash
    - Whatever pasta in stash

I put it all together and bake in LOTS of mozerella cheese on top -- My kids love the cheese

Also use Fast Fixin' meat balls with pasta sauce, Mozerella and French bread for meat loaf sandwiches.

    Hope this helps

In a skillet, brown either boneless pork chops or boneless chicken. When browned, place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Top with 1/2 can of cream of mushroom or cream of anything soup and a tiny bit of water. In a seperate bowl, empty the contents of 1 or 2 boxes of Stove Top Stuffing and add enough water to make it a little moister than usual and the other half a can of soup. You don't need to cook it like the instructions say because it will cook in the oven. Spread it ontop of the browned pork or chicken, cover, and bake for about 1 1/2 hours.

ps. I have also added a layer of green bean or potatoes in between the meat and stuffing before.

    ---------------

    Kielbasa and saurkraut

    ----------------

Swedish meatballs in cream of mushroom soup. = I cheat on this one and buy the pre-cooked meatballs in the frozen department. :) Cook egg noodles and add them to a casserole dish with the meatballs and soup & milk. I doubt you even have to precook this one as long as you run the noodles under cold water before adding all the other ingredients.
