New Year's Resolution Simple Round Robin Train Please Read Carefully!!
How it works:
I will be taking 4 riders along with me on this train. This is a round robin style train which means you will be mailing to the same person and the same person will be mailing to you.
Each rider mails an envie on the mail date to their assigned rider. Envies will be labeled (see below for how to label envies). When you receive an envie, take out the coupons you can use, as well as coupons that will expire within two weeks, and add more coupons to get the total back up to 25 (every envie you mail should contain a minimum of 25 quality coupons with at least a two week expiration). You do this with each envie (there will be FIVE total) until you receive your original envie back.
First mail date for your envie will be Jan. 3rd...I am totally okay with early mailings. Once you receive an envie, please try to get it back in the mail within 48 hours so we can keep the train moving!!

Anyone who is a member of the trader group and has an itrader rating of 20 or higher with no negatives or neutrals may join.
You may ride up to 5 trains at a time at HCW, so if you're already on 5, we'll catch you on the next one!
You must post when you mail and when you receive!!
You must be able to send one envie with 25 quality coupons as well as add coupons to other envies you receive.
You do not need a Wish List posted to ride, however, it is strongly recommended. If you do not have a Wish List you will receive a potluck envie. If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list and you will receive a lot of potluck Q's.
This train is a potluck, which means you may not get 25 coupons from your Wish List in each and every envie you receive. However, we should try to use our fellow rider's Wish Lists as a starting point for envies this way we all get more Q's that we can actually use!!
The forum rules apply to this train and all trains at HCW, please read them if you are not familiar!
Guidelines for the Envies:
25 minimum coupons in each envie. Extras are great, but remember to watch your postage!! All coupons must have at least 2 weeks until expiration from the mail date unless they are extras or you've ok'ed it with the person receiving.
No baby, pet, medication, or oddball products that very few members can use, unless it is an exact wish list match!! Example: If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food unless it is an extra. In other words put together an envie you wouldn't mind receiving yourself...junk envies will require an immediate remail.
Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact wish list item. If you do have an exact wish list, then duplicates are encourages!
Some other things you may include in the envies if included on a fellow rider's Wish List: Printables, Store Specific, BTFE, CLFE, Pampers GTG, Huggies ETR, Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes, MIR & TMF (watch state restrictions), stickers, etc.
If you happen to mail late, just post!! Communication is key to a smooth train ride!
If for any reason an envie is not receive, you will be asked to remail at the 2-week point. Joining this train is your agreement to this rule! Also any envie that has not been reported as NOT RECEIVED after two weeks will be marked received.
Naming Your Envie!
Now for the fun part!! You choose the name of your envie. The name should be a New Year's Resolution...either one you yourself are making for the New Year or maybe a good one you've heard. It can be releated to couponing/saving money or something totally different or traditional (losing weight, getting in shape, etc.)
So on each envie you mail out you need to put the following information on the outside of the envie:
Name on the Train: New Year's Resolution Train
Name of the Envie: This will change depending on which envie you are mailing!
Your HCW username
Feedback for all riders on the train at the conclusion of the ride will be greatly appreciated!
